Children and adolescents have the most differing of dietary behaviors, different growth and developmental stages and are exposed to a variety of stressors. It is thus only possible to make rough, generally applicable nutritional recommendations for children and adolescents. The annually published national studies on eating and nutrition show that children and adolescents are likely to be poorly provided with essential micronutrients. In this respect, a regular and additional supply of vitamins, minerals and trace elements should be considered a useful preventive measure.

Recommended intake:

Children from the age of 3:
Take 15 ml of KINDERFIT juice once a day, either pure or diluted with liquid (water or fruit juice). 15 ml is roughly equivalent to the contents of a medium-sized tablespoon.

Please note:

Children like to consume quickly usable calorie carriers, partly because their energy metabolism demands this. This results in a disproportionate consumption of B vitamins from the body stores, which can lead to fatigue, loss of concentration and attention deficits.
