Recommended intake:

In the afternoon or evening before going to bed, dissolve 1 measuring spoon (= approx. 8 g) of the oral powder in 250 ml of tap water (or still mineral water), stir and drink in sips. If possible, take BASE FIT oral powder 2 hours after the last and before the next meal.

 

Please note:

BASE FIT oral powder can be taken in the morning, in the afternoon or in the evening before going to bed. In order to not compromise your digestion, we recommend that you take it at least 1.5 to 2 hours before or after a meal. Taking the oral powder in the evening will support the detoxification of the liver.
