The metabolism of the skin, especially that of the (intestinal) mucous membranes, is subject to a high rate of cell division. Regeneration and renewal processes in our body are always linked to cell division processes and therefore require regulating micronutrients. The semi-essential amino acid glutamine plays a crucial role, along with micronutrients such as vitamin A, D3, B6 and zinc.

As an amino acid that can easily cross the blood-brain barrier, L-glutamine serves the nerve cells as a substrate for the activating neurotransmitter glutamic acid. With the help of vitamin B6, the relaxing neurotransmitter GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) is also formed, which has an influence on learning ability and concentration.

L-glutamine is a building block of glutathione, an endogenous protective substance. Vitamins A, D and B6 as well as zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system.

Once a day, dissolve 1 level measuring spoon (= approx. 3.5 g) of GLUTAMINE PLUS oral powder in ¼ l of tap water and drink.

Please note:

In certain situations (infectious diseases, operations, burns, energy-sapping illnesses), the human organism has an increased need for L-glutamine and may not be able to meet this through the body’s own synthesis.

The combination with Cosmoterra’s LECITHIN PLUS powder is recommended for the regeneration of the intestinal mucosa (“leaky gut”).[/vc_wp_text][/vc_tta_section][/vc_tta_accordion][/vc_column][/vc_row]
