The annually published national studies on eating and nutrition show that children and adolescents are likely to be poorly provided with essential micronutrients. Recommended intake:

Children from the age of 3:
Take 15 ml of KINDERFIT juice once a day, either pure or diluted with liquid (water or fruit juice). 15 ml is roughly equivalent to the contents of a medium-sized tablespoon.

 

Please note:

Children like to consume quickly usable calorie carriers, partly because their energy metabolism demands this. This results in a disproportionate consumption of B vitamins from the body stores, which can lead to fatigue, loss of concentration and attention deficits.
