In addition, an unhealthy diet leads to the premature wear and tear of joints and cartilage. Cartilage tissue depends on a regular supply of sulfurous biomolecules. Chondroitin and glucosamine sulfate, which are obtained from bovine cartilage and crustaceans, help keep the joints supple and flexible. Chondroitin sulfate as well as the two trace elements copper and manganese alleviate painful inflammation processes in the joints, while MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) and hyaluronic acid enhance elasticity.
