An even acid-base balance in our body is an essential basis for our health and well-being. An unbalanced diet, permanent stress, lack of sleep, nicotine, alcohol, exogenous substances (xenobiotics) and long-term medications lead to an imbalance in the acid-base balance due to overacidification. In addition to eliminating these harmful influences, we can most effectively help our body regain its balance by a diet that is rich in bases and a targeted intake of alkaline nutrients. Recommended intake:

2 capsules in the afternoon and evening before going to bed with plenty of tap water (or still mineral water), ideally 250 ml. BASE FIT capsules should be taken at intervals of 2 hours after the last and before the next meal.

 

Please note:

BASE FIT capsules can be taken in the morning, in the afternoon or in the evening before going to bed. In order to not compromise your digestion, we recommend that you take it at least 1.5 to 2 hours before or after a meal. Taking the powder in the evening will support the detoxification of the liver. BASE FIT capsules should always be taken with sufficient liquid, preferably tap water.
